The purpose of this website is to serve as a valuable resource for the Virginia Council of Deliberation (VCOD) membership as organized and as a means of disseminating information under the authority of the United Supreme Council 33° of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Prince Hall Affiliation, Southern Jurisdiction, U.S.A. where the Illustrious Corey D. On September 7th, 2022 the Sovereign Grand Commanders of the four Scottish Rite jurisdictions met in Washington, D.C. at the House of the Temple to sign a Statement of Unity.

Scottish Rite Freemasonry
The Scottish Rite builds upon the ethical teachings and philosophy offered in the Blue Lodge. It provides its members with lessons in practical living through a focus on philosophical disquisition and morality.

USC Reclamation Program
