| Credentials (Session) | The Committee on Credentials will review the certificates of delegates from the Subordinate Bodies, determine the seating arrangements for the representatives, and certify to the Council the number of financial Consistories and Past Commander-in-Chiefs who are entitled to seats and votes at the annual session. | Committee on Administration | The Committee on Administration will review all recommendations forwarded to the Deputy for the 33º Honorary Membership and Knight Commander of the Court of Honour, ensuring that each applicant has met the requirements of the Supreme Council and the Virginia Council of Deliberation. | Ritualistic/Protocol | The Ritualistic Committee shall establish workshops and training sessions throughout the Orient of Virginia to improve individual performance and proficiency in Scottish Rite ritualistic works. | Convention | The Committee on Conventions shall work with the host committee to determine the number of advanced and on-site registrants for the Virginia Council of Deliberation's annual session, as well as the funds collected. It shall report its activities to the Council at a reasonable time during the annual session and recommend any necessary corrective actions. | Souvenir Journal | Solicit and report on Frater’s submission to the Journal ads for the VCOD. The representative from the Consistory is responsible for ensuring the members from their Consistory are registered. | By-Laws/ Grievance & Appeals | The Committee on Bylaws shall make recommendations for changes to the Consistory Bylaws. The Committee must refer to all amendments affecting them for a report before the VCOD takes final action. The Committee shall also handle grievances and appeals.
